How is the 200-hour usage calculated?

The 200-hour balance is only depleted while your rover is actively connected to the Topnet Live correction stream. Once you disconnect from the caster, the timer stops.

Does the roaming SIM work in remote areas?

Yes. By roaming across all four major UK mobile networks, the SIM significantly increases your chances of maintaining a data connection in rural or remote locations compared to a single-provider SIM.

Can I top up the hours if I run out early?

Yes. If you exceed your 200-hour limit before the end of the 12-month term, you can purchase additional hour blocks or upgrade to a higher usage tier.
